On 12 October 2025, Klinik Caring held a special Breast Health Talk in conjunction with Pink October, a month dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer and women’s health. The event brought together women from our community for an afternoon of learning, connection, and care.

Learning Together About Breast Health

Our speaker, Dr. Jamie, shared valuable insights on understanding different breast conditions — from common benign lumps to early signs of breast cancer. She reminded us that early detection saves lives, and that regular breast screening can make a world of difference. Many participants said they finally understood what symptoms to look out for and when to come for a check-up.
At Klinik Caring, we believe that knowledge helps remove fear. When you understand your body, you make better decisions for your health — and that is what Pink October is truly about.

Collaboration with Tyone Beauty

We were also honoured to collaborate with Tyone Beauty, featuring Tracy, an experienced breast care and beauty specialist and traditional Chinese wellness therapist (美胸护肤专家与中医美疗师).
Tracy shared practical tips on breast self-care, including how gentle massage along the meridians (经络按摩) can help improve circulation and overall breast wellness. Her session was eye-opening and empowering, reminding us that caring for our breasts isn’t just about medical checks — it’s also about everyday awareness and self-nurturing.

A Shared Mission: Educate, Empower, and Care

The event was filled with meaningful discussions, laughter, and heartfelt sharing. We were truly inspired by the women who attended — each one taking an active step towards better health.

At Klinik Caring, we hold workshops like this from time to time to promote preventive health and education. Our motto, “Medicate some days, educate always,” reflects our belief that healthcare should go beyond treatment — it should help people understand, prevent, and take charge of their own wellbeing.
